As **Alfa Global Tüketim Maddeleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi** (Tax No: 0510853520) (“Alfa Global” or the “Company”), acting in the capacity of data controller, we hereby present this Information Notice in order to fulfill our transparency and information obligations in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the General Data Protection Regulation applicable to natural persons in the European Union (“GDPR”), and other relevant legislation, with respect to the personal data we process.
- Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
If you complete the information fields available under the “Download Catalog” and “Request a Quotation” buttons on our website, your name and surname, email address, telephone number (if provided), company information, and any personal data you share in your message will be processed.
Personal data processed through the forms available under the “Download Catalog” and “Request a Quotation” sections are processed for the purposes of carrying out and supervising business activities, conducting marketing processes for products and/or services, managing customer relationship management processes, and conducting communication activities. Your personal data are not used for profiling or for any automated decision-making processes that may affect you beyond the purposes stated above.
- Recipients of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data specified in Article 2 of this Information Notice may be transferred to public institutions and organizations or to legal counsel where required by law.
- Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data are collected partially by automated means through the completion of the sample request form available on our website, in line with the purposes stated in Article 2 of this Information Notice, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated under the Law, and based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law, including fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligations, the personal data having been made public by the data subject, establishment and performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, limited to these grounds.
- Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
Within the scope of personal data protection legislation, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are being processed, request information if your personal data have been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether your data are used in accordance with such purpose, learn the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification thereof to third parties, request deletion or destruction of your personal data where the grounds for processing no longer exist and notification thereof to third parties, object to results arising against you due to analysis exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation for damages in case your personal data are processed unlawfully.

Additional Privacy Provisions for the European Union
Within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable to natural persons in the European Union, you have certain additional rights beyond those stated above, and we would like to inform you accordingly.
If you do not provide the personal data requested through the sample request form, we may not be able to contact you or process the request specified in your message.
